BAYCOM WITH TCM3101

If you intend to use TCM3101 instead of TCM3105 in a Baycom modem,
it will not work properly.

TCM3101 is a pin-to-pin replacement of TCM3105, but it has much higher 
sensitivity at audio input.

You have to replace 100 ohm resistor comming from a speaker towards pin 4 
of IC (audio input) with 4.7k ohm resistor and to add a capacitor 22nF
parallel to the 4.7k ohm resistor.
