- (Plot holes) When the Governor knocks one
of the pirate's arms off it is still a skeleton
even though the lights of the moon are not
on it. So it should be flesh instead of bone.

- (Plot holes) If Will's father was one the
pirates to steal a piece of the treasure,
how come he is dead, I thought that whoever
steals a piece is cursed to be immortal until
all the pieces are returned? (Theatre) - TAZ
- (Plot holes) How come the curse was removed
when all the pieces aren't in the chest. Captain
Jack Sparrow stole a piece himself and he
never put the piece back. (Theatre) - TAZ
- (Plot holes) Later in the movie we find
out that in the moonlight that the crew of
the black pearl are seen as the "walking
dead". So then why didn't they look like
that when they were attacking the town. The
only time you see the true form are when the
two guys see Jack Sparrow in the jail cell.
- (Continuity) When Jack Sparrow is in jail
and is grabbed by the throat by one of the
Black Pearl crew in the moonlight you can
see the hand of a skeleton around Jack's throat
because the crew member was cursed. Strangely,
Jack was OK in the moonlight but we found
out later in the movie that Jack was also
inflicted with the same curse as the crew
members and does not show as a skeleton in
the moonlight until much later in the movie.

- (Factual errors) In the beginning when Jack
Sparrow is running away from the guards and
is hand cuffed , he jumps over a pole and
slides across a rope to get away. There is
no way he could have done that if he were
hand cuffed. - gabster08
- (Plot holes) You here in the movie when
Elizabeth is aboard the Black Pearl, Captain

of the movie when the pirates break into Elizabeth's
house, Elizabeth pours coals on one of the
cursed pirates, and the pirates yells "Oww!
Hot hot burning hot!", if they can't
feel anything how is this possible? - ayemateys
- (Continuity) In the scene where Will and
Sparrow are fighting on the cart and Will

chains and then sticks it to the wooden post
and then Will falls and all of a sudden he
has his sword back. (DVD) - kate
